Wine Description
Liquidity Merlot 2019 presents a deep ruby hue with inviting garnet edges. On the nose, it reveals complex aromas of ripe plum, black cherry, and cassis, interwoven with subtle hints of cedar, vanilla, and dried herbs. The palate is plush and medium to full-bodied, delivering flavours of blackberry, dark chocolate, and a touch of savoury spice. Silky tannins and a well-integrated acidity lead to a long, smooth finish accented by notes of mocha and gentle oak.
Food Pairing
This Merlot’s supple texture and rich fruit profile pair wonderfully with herb-crusted lamb, grilled portobello mushrooms, or a classic beef tenderloin. Together, they create an unforgettable dining experience.
