Product description
Each individual pick of Pinot Noir is lovingly hand sorted, destemmed, and fermented in small batch vessels. The fermenters were hand plunged and gently pressed to French oak. After 16 months in oak, every barrel was tasted as part of our blending process.
Dreamy dark red cherries, forest floor, and cedar aromatics grab your attention. On the palate, this Pinot Noir is both powerful and refined, with dusty tannins and lush juicy fruits.
Pair with chile rellenos, mushroom burger, and a fireside reading nook.
