Spirit Description

This unpeated single malt displays an appealing amber color with warm golden reflections in the glass. The sensory profile opens with a welcoming nose driven by rich notes of sweet honey, creamy vanilla, and plump raisins, followed by a delicate caramel undertone. On the palate, the liquid is smooth and harmonious, revealing a rich development of toffee sweetness alongside vibrant notes of peach, orange citrus, and brown sugar. The finish is medium in length, rounded, and smooth, carrying through a gentle oak spice and lingering dried fruits. This expression is bottled at a standard alcohol by volume of 40%.
