Spirit Description

This single malt displays an appealing amber appearance with warm golden reflections in the glass. The sensory profile opens with an aromatic nose featuring woodsmoke, malted biscuit, and redcurrant fruit, accompanied by a delicate wine sweetness and forest berries. On the palate, the body is harmonious and beautifully balanced, bringing together sweet honey, soft orchard fruits like peach and pear, dark chocolate, and a touch of orange citrus against a fine tannic structure. The finish is medium in length, offering a gentle richness with dry, spicy undertones and a persistent, lingering smoke. This expression is bottled at an alcohol by volume of 40%.
