Produced by Adega e Viñedos Paco & Lola, one of the most dynamic modern cooperatives in Galicia, this cuvée is designed to highlight the accessible, fruit forward side of the Albariño grape. The vines grow in granite-rich sandy clay soils on granite bedrock near the Atlantic coast, benefiting from cool maritime breezes and high natural humidity. Under winemaking director Nuria de la Torre, the winemaking philosophy emphasizes temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats for 21 days, followed by short maturation on fine lees without oak aging. The result is a crisp, refreshing, and highly aromatic white wine that captures classic Galician freshness and saline ocean charm. Wine Description The wine presents a brilliant, clear straw yellow colour with luminous pale greenish highlights along the rim. An expressive, highly perfumed bouquet opens with noble aromas of green apple, crisp pear, lemon peel, and white peach, interwoven with subtle notes of white flowers, lemongrass, wet granite minerality, and subtle saline sea spray. On the palate, it is light-to-medium bodied, crisp, and energetic, delivering concentrated flavours of citrus fruit, stone fruit, and chalky mineral earth, all supported by a bright, mouthwatering spine of natural Atlantic acidity. Framed by a sleek, clean mid-palate structure, it concludes with a long, persistent finish marked by lingering lemon zest, green plum, and a crisp, saline mineral grip. Composed of 100% Albariño, this 2025 release offers immediate drinking appeal and vibrant food friendliness.
