Long Barn Chardonnay is produced in California, United States, by the Fior di Sole winery based in the Napa Valley. The winery was founded by legacy vintner Stefano Migotto and his former wife, who moved from Italy to Napa in 1997 to bring old-world traditions to Californian viticulture. Drawing inspiration from a historic long barn that represents the estate's birthplace, the winemaking philosophy focuses on preserving regional character and agricultural charm in every bottle.

Wine Description

This wine exhibits a medium to full body with a rich and layered texture. The sensory profile radiates bright citrus and tropical aromas that are complemented by notes of green apple, sun-drenched orange blossoms, and pear. On the palate, it is well-balanced and refreshing, offering a creamy mouthfeel enlivened by flavours of apricot, banana, and jasmine. A restrained malolactic fermentation and the use of both French oak and stainless steel provide distinctive sensations of vanilla, butter, and toasted bread on a round finish. Composed of 100% Chardonnay, this wine has an ABV of 13.5%.
