An expressive, highly complex bouquet opens with noble aromas of yellow apple, poached pear, lemon curd, and white peach, interwoven with sophisticated notes of toasted hazelnut, orange blossom, subtle brioche, crushed limestone, and warm baking spice. On the palate, it is medium-to-full bodied, satiny, and energetic, delivering concentrated flavours of stone fruit, citrus oil, and saline mineral earth, all supported by a bright, mouthwatering spine of natural acidity. Framed by a rich, coat-the-mouth mid-palate texture and seamless oak integration, it concludes with a long, persistent finish marked by lingering lemon peel, toasted almond, and a clean limestone grip. Composed of 100% Chardonnay, it offers an elegant profile with impressive cellar aging potential over many years.
