Product description
This wine originates from France, within the Côte Chalonnaise subregion of Burgundy and the Montagny Premier Cru appellation. Founded in 1797, Maison Louis Latour is one of Burgundy's most iconic family-owned producers. La Grande Roche is a vineyard situated on steep, limestone-rich slopes at the highest elevations of Montagny. The winemaking philosophy emphasizes temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation and aging without oak, preserving the site's intense mineral tension, pure fruit, and high-altitude freshness.
Wine Description
This wine displays a brilliant pale yellow hue with subtle green highlights. On the nose, it opens with crisp and expressive aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and white peach, accompanied by white acacia blossom and a distinctive stony minerality. On the palate, it exhibits a medium body with a rich yet linear structure, driven by a vibrant, mouthwatering acidity and a smooth, round mouthfeel. The finish is clean, dry, and persistent with lingering mineral notes.
