The sensory profile is elegant and floral, featuring a nose of acacia, honeysuckle, and lime blossom, with additional complex aromas of white fruits and honey. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, round, and generous, showcasing honeysuckle flavours associated with notes of fresh almond and brioche. It is characterized by its opulent texture and a long, persistent finish that reveals a subtle spiciness. This 100% Chardonnay typically has an ABV of 13.5% and was fermented and aged for 8 to 10 months in stainless steel vats to maintain its fruit-driven freshness.
