Product description
Hailing from the United States, specifically the prestigious Napa Valley of California, this wine represents a nearly 90-year legacy of superior craftsmanship. Founded in 1933, Louis M. Martini was one of the first wineries to open in the region following Prohibition, driven by a pioneering vision that Napa Valley held the potential to produce world-class Cabernet Sauvignon.
Wine Description
This wine presents a deep burgundy colour and a complex sensory profile that opens with aromas of black plum, blackberry, and blackcurrant, accented by wisps of fennel, sage, and smoky cedar. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and concentrated, revealing layers of dark cherry, cassis, and chocolate-covered cherry, underscored by hints of black licorice, cocoa, and a gravelly earthiness.

ood Pairing
The wine's rich texture and balanced acidity make it an ideal partner for bold, savory dishes such as grilled ribeye steak, leg of lamb marinated in Cabernet, or hearty pasta Bolognese. It also pairs exceptionally well with earthy components like portobello mushrooms and aged cheeses, particularly a triple-cream brie topped with huckleberry compote.
