This 100% Chardonnay is medium to full bodied with a sensory profile defined by precision and brightness. On the nose, it offers a lively bouquet of lemon zest, fresh pear, and hazelnuts, while the palate reveals a rich intensity with notes of citrus curd, white pepper, and a distinct saline minerality. The wine is structured with a subtle creamy texture from malolactic fermentation and 10 months of barrel aging, leading to a long, persistent mineral finish.
