This exceptional white wine originates from Portugal, specifically from the Beira region within the Bairrada subregion. The story of the estate began in 1970 when João Pato became the first producer to bottle wines after the official demarcation of Bairrada. His son, Luis Pato, took over the family business in 1980, bringing his background as a chemical engineer to modernize winemaking practices while remaining fiercely dedicated to local terroir and indigenous Portuguese grape varieties.

The aromatic profile is highly expressive, offering notes of subtle lime, orchard fruits like apple and pear, and a touch of fennel blended with delicate herbal and white flower undertones. On the palate, this medium to full bodied wine delivers an incisive, well integrated structure showcasing citrus and melon flavours underscored by a distinct saline minerality and a hint of savory macadamia.
