The Maison Castel Discovery Pinot Noir displays a bright ruby red colour. The sensory profile is fruit-driven and elegant, featuring pronounced aromas of red and black fruits, specifically wild raspberry, cherry, and strawberry, with subtle hints of spice and violet. On the palate, the wine is round and supple, characterized by a silky texture and well-integrated, light tannins. It is a lightly oaked style that maintains a balanced structure and a fresh, mouth-watering finish. This 100% Pinot Noir typically has an ABV of 12% to 13.5%.
