Wine Description

This bright ruby red wine opens with alluring aromas of fresh red cherry, wild strawberry, and raspberry, interwoven with warm baking spices, earthiness, and subtle savory herbs. The palate is graceful and textured, delivering vibrant red fruit flavors balanced by crisp, mouthwatering acidity and silky, fine-grained tannins. It presents a medium body with a fresh, persistent finish accented by delicate spice and mineral notes. The varietal composition is 100% Pinot Noir, co-fermented in concrete tanks with a high proportion of whole clusters.
