Product description
The 2022 Martin's Lane Naramata Ranch Pinot Noir is a distinguished single-vineyard wine from the Naramata Bench in British Columbia's Okanagan Valley, Canada. Martin’s Lane Winery, established in 2014, is renowned for its exclusive focus on Pinot Noir and Riesling. Under the guidance of winemaker Shane Munn, the winery emphasizes organic farming and minimalist winemaking practices, including spontaneous fermentation and avoidance of fining or filtering, to authentically express the unique terroir of each vineyard.
Wine Description
The 2022 vintage presents a vibrant ruby hue with a complex bouquet of red cherry, raspberry, and subtle floral notes, complemented by earthy undertones. On the palate, it offers a silky texture with layers of red fruit, delicate spice, and a hint of minerality, leading to a long, graceful finish. Crafted from a selection of Dijon clones, including 667 and 943, grown on the geologically diverse slopes of the Naramata Ranch Vineyard, this Pinot Noir showcases the elegance and intensity characteristic of the site.
