This bright straw yellow wine opens with expressive aromas of ripe pear, white peach, and green apple, complemented by subtle notes of citrus zest, honey, and delicate floral herbs. The palate displays a smooth, rounded mouthfeel framed by crisp, refreshing acidity and vibrant fruitiness. It presents a light to medium body with a clean, juicy finish. The varietal composition is predominantly a blend of 85% Verdejo and 13% Malvasia Castellana, with small percentages of Godello, Albillo, and Palomino. It has an alcohol content of 12.5% ABV and is not certified organic.
