This dry white from Sonoma's Komorebi Vineyard sees whole-cluster pressing, fermentation in concrete eggs, and aging in neutral 600L demi-muids for 20 months. This medium-bodied Chardonnay has citrus and apple aromas, with racy acidity. Pair with dressed Dungeness crab.
