Merryvale Profile XXXVI boasts a deep, rich red colour in the glass. The complex aroma offers a fascinating mixture of oak spice, balsam, cedar, nutmeg, roasted cherry, and dried raspberry, alongside savory sage. On the palate, this full bodied and concentrated blend reveals luscious layers of blackberry, cassis, blueberry, plum, licorice, and dark chocolate.
