Handcrafted by 5th generation Maestro Mezcalero Cosme 'Tucho' Hernandez Martinez, Mezcal de Leyendas Maguey Jabalí Oaxaca is an artisanal mezcal blanco. It's made from maguey 'Jabalí', an endemic agave variety from Oaxaca that's mostly grown in the wild.
The nose is greeted with complex spices and dried chiles. The well-balanced palate brings meaty flavors of overripe fruits. The finish is long, savory, and earthy.
