Introduction

Mezzacorona Chardonnay is produced in the Trentino region of Northern Italy, with vineyards situated at the base of the Dolomites at altitudes of 200 to 300 metres. Founded in 1904, Mezzacorona is a historic cooperative consisting of over 1,600 family growers who manage a 'large garden of vines' across diverse alpine microclimates. The winery's philosophy focuses on sustainability and integrated production, utilizing modern winemaking techniques to express the unique character of the pre-Alpine terroirs.

Wine Description

This wine displays a radiant straw yellow colour with brilliant highlights. The bouquet is delicately perfumed, offering aromas of white fruits, green apple, and citrus, accented by soft notes of chamomile blossoms. On the palate, it reveals an elegant structure with refreshing flavours of apricot and melon, supported by a crisp acidity and a slender body. The finish is persistent and refined, leaving a clean, mineral impression.
