Product description
Milagro Silver Tequila is a popular, 100% Blue Weber agave spirit produced in the Highlands (Los Altos) of Jalisco, Mexico. Founded in 1998 by two young Mexican entrepreneurs, Danny Schneeweiss and Moy Guindi, Milagro (NOM 1558) was created with the vision of bridging traditional tequila production with modern, vibrant Mexican culture. Famous for its tall, sleek blue bottle, Milagro Silver is celebrated by bartenders and consumers worldwide for its fresh agave-forward profile, bright citrus brightness, and exceptional smoothness.
Spirit Description
Milagro Silver is crafted using 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agaves harvested in the mineral-rich red clay soil of Los Altos. The agave piñas are slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens for 36 hours to convert starches into fermentable sugars. Extraction combines both a roller mill and modern techniques, followed by open-air vat fermentation. The key to Milagro's distinct smoothness is its dual distillation process: first distilled in traditional copper pot stills to retain rich agave flavor, and then distilled a second time in stainless steel column stills to achieve an unusually clean, crisp finish.
Colour: Crystal clear, bright, and transparent with luminous silver highlights.
Aroma: Crisp, fresh, and agave-forward, opening with bright lime zest, sweet cooked agave, and fresh green vegetable notes, backed by subtle white pepper and a clean mineral quality.
Palate: Crisp, smooth, and vibrant on the entry. Upfront flavors of fresh roasted agave, lemon-lime citrus, and vegetal agave nectar yield to crisp green apple, white pepper spice, and subtle floral undertones.
Body: Medium-bodied with a light, smooth, and clean mouthfeel.
Finish: Crisp, clean, and refreshing, leaving trailing notes of citrus peel, sweet agave, and a gentle peppery warmth.
ABV: Bottled at 40% ABV (80 Proof).
