Wine Description

The wine shows a dark garnet red colour with slight brick accents along the rim. An expressive and complex bouquet opens with aromas of dark black currant, Italian plum, and blackberry, layered with delicate accents of wild herbs, cedar, black tea, and star anise. On the palate, it delivers a full bodied and concentrated profile featuring lush flavours of ripe black cherry, boysenberry, dark chocolate, and subtle tobacco spice, supported by an undercurrent of crisp natural acidity. Composed of 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 41% Merlot, and 17% Cabernet Franc, this 1.5 Litre magnum release offers an optimal drinking window of 2024–2030. Stylistically, it combines classic Bordeaux elegance, rich fruit concentration, and integrated, fine-grained tannins that benefit from extended cellar maturation in the larger bottle format.
