Wine Description

The wine presents a clear, bright pale golden straw colour with persistent, fine effervescence and a delicate white mousse. An expressive, highly aromatic bouquet opens with exuberant notes of passion fruit, ripe mango, pineapple, and green apple, interwoven with subtle hints of white peach, citrus blossom, candied ginger, and fresh lime zest. On the palate, it is medium-to-full bodied, lush, and creamy, delivering concentrated flavours of tropical fruit salad, lemon curd, and melon, all supported by a bright, mouthwatering spine of natural acidity.
