This second wine of Château Duhart Milon benefits from the same terroir as its Grand Cru sibling. Owned by Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) since 1962, Château Duhart Milon is celebrated for its meticulous vineyard management and classic Pauillac style, reflecting a philosophy of precision and tradition.
Wine Description
Moulin de Duhart 2022 showcases a deep ruby hue with violet reflections. The nose opens with an expressive bouquet of fresh red berries, raspberry, and wild cherry, interlaced with floral notes of lilac and rose petals. On the palate, the wine is medium to full bodied with velvety tannins and lively acidity, offering flavours of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, and a subtle earthy undertone. Hints of tobacco and spice contribute to a lingering, succulent finish.
