The Mucchietto Primitivo Puglia presents an intense, deep ruby red colour with violet reflections. The sensory profile is remarkably ripe and "jammy," featuring a powerful nose of blackberry, plum, and Marasca cherry, layered with warm notes of vanilla, cocoa, and sweet tobacco. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety, showcasing soft, rounded tannins and a balanced acidity that masks its significant alcohol content. It is characterized by its warmth and Mediterranean generosity, leading to a long, persistent finish with hints of dried figs and balsamic spices.
