The Musella estate, a historic property outside Verona, is owned by the Pasqua family. Musella’s winemaking philosophy is rooted in profound respect for nature and its laws, with the winery practicing certified biodynamic agriculture since 2009.
Wine Description
The Musella Amarone della Valpolicella 2018 pours a dark ruby colour. On the nose, it is complex, offering notes of honey, black cherry, very ripe cherry, and blackberry. Secondary aromas include spicy notes like black pepper and nutmeg, and hints of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is full bodied, presenting a sweet and savoury, warm, and enveloping profile.
Food Pairing
Suggested pairings include grilled meats, risotto, or aged cheeses. It is also an excellent partner for game.
