Description

This fruit based sake possesses a clear, blond appearance. The aroma is remarkably intense and pure, showcasing 100% Asian pear alongside notes of Gala apple, lemon, and a subtle hint of melted butter or buttercream. On the palate, it delivers a crisp and lively texture with refreshing flavours of Anjou pear, grated apple, and citrus fruit. The body is smooth and flavourful, leading to a clean, fresh finish that mimics the experience of biting into freshly picked fruit. ABV 7.5%.
