The historic house continues to operate along the banks of the Brenta River , blending centuries old distilling heritage with refined botanical expertise.
Spirit Description
This traditional liqueur presents a crystal clear, pristine appearance in the glass. The sensory profile opens with an aromatic, intense nose dominated by fresh citron fruit, lemon zest, and subtle herbal nuances. On the palate, the body is smooth, sweet, and beautifully balanced, bringing a vibrant burst of rich citrus sweetness balanced by a clean, refreshing acidity. The finish is remarkably long, smooth, and dry, leaving a trailing brightness of citron peel and delicate citrus perfume. This spirit is traditionally bottled at an alcohol by volume of 29%.
Food Pairing
The vibrant citrus intensity and sweet balance of this citron liqueur make it an exceptional digestif and dessert companion. It pairs magnificently with lemon tarts, vanilla panna cotta, or almond biscotti. For a savoury match, it can be served alongside light goat cheese or drizzled over fresh fruit salads. It also acts as an extraordinary base for a refreshing Spritz when topped with prosecco and soda water.
