Wine Description
This red wine from Bairrada region is a vibrant ruby colour with a soft, cloudy hue due to its natural fermentation process. The nose offers fresh aromas of crushed red berries, cherry compote, and wild herbs, accompanied by a faint yeasty note. On the palate, it’s delightfully lively and juicy, with a light body, crisp acidity, carrying flavours of strawberries, pomegranate, and a touch of white pepper. The finish is clean and refreshing with a slightly savoury edge.

Composed primarily of Baga, a native Portuguese grape variety known for its structure and acidity, this wine is best enjoyed young to preserve its exuberant freshness and natural effervescence. Its low alcohol and playful character make it an ideal summer sipper.

Food Pairing
Pair this juicy red with charcuterie boards, grilled sausages, mushroom tacos, or even pizza topped with spicy salami. Its brightness and effervescence cut through fatty, savoury dishes with ease.
