Noble Ridge Pinot Grigio 2023

This refreshing white wine hails from the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, specifically from the Okanagan Falls subregion. Founded in 2001 by Jim and Leslie D’Andrea, Noble Ridge Vineyard & Winery began with only 3.5 acres of vines and has since grown into a prestigious 24-acre estate known for its 'noble' varieties. The winery’s philosophy centers on a minimalistic approach and sustainable practices, aiming to coax the ultimate expression of their unique, mineral-rich glacial till terroir into every bottle.

Wine Description

This Pinot Grigio presents as a clean and dry expression of the varietal with a light straw hue. The nose is greeted by refreshing aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus, layered with hints of white peach, honeysuckle, and a touch of minerality. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and well-balanced, delivering vibrant fruit flavours and a crisp, lingering finish characterized by zesty citrus and mineral notes. Fermented primarily in stainless steel to preserve its bright, delicate fruit character, this wine showcases a focus on freshness and purity.
