Product description
Nobleza 33 Tequila Blanco is an artisanal, small-batch unaged spirit produced in Arandas within the High-Altitude Highlands (Los Altos) region of Jalisco, Mexico. Crafted at the acclaimed Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados distillery (NOM 1414), the expression embodies the brand’s core philosophy, "La Virtud de la Espera" (The Virtue of Waiting). Designed for agave purists, this additive-free blanco highlights the bright, unadulterated terroir of Los Altos agave combined with traditional artisanal processing techniques.
Spirit Description
Nobleza 33 Blanco is made from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agaves cultivated in the mineral-rich red clay soil of the Jalisco Highlands. The agaves are slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens and extracted, followed by an open-air fermentation process utilizing proprietary wine yeast strains accompanied by classical music playing in the fermentation room. Double-distilled in copper pot stills, the spirit is unaged and bottled straight from distillation to capture the pure agave and floral complexity of the distillate.
-
Colour: Luminous, crystal clear with bright silver highlights and heavy cling on the glass.
