Nobleza 33 Reposado Tequila is an artisanal, small-batch spirit produced in Arandas within the High-Altitude Highlands (Los Altos) region of Jalisco, Mexico. Crafted at the acclaimed Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados distillery (NOM 1414), the brand operates around a ethos centered on "The Virtue of Waiting" (La Virtud de la Espera). Combining traditional highland agave harvesting with slow maturation, Nobleza 33 delivers an authentic, additive-free expression celebrated by agave purists.

Spirit Description

Nobleza 33 Reposado is crafted from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agaves matured in the iron-rich red soil of Los Altos. The agaves are slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens and extracted, followed by an open-air fermentation process utilizing proprietary wine yeast strains accompanied by soothing classical music. After double distillation in copper pot stills, the liquid rests in select oak casks (including white oak and wine barrels) to balance ripe fruitiness with gentle barrel spice.

• Colour: Bright pale golden straw to light honey with warm amber glints.

• Aroma: Aromatic and predominantly fruit-forward, opening with sweet orange citrus, cooked agave, and light oak, complemented by vanilla bean, cake batter, and subtle notes of red apple and dried fruit.

• Palate: Creamy, complex, and well-rounded on the entry. Upfront flavors of roasted agave, toasted hazelnut, and crisp red apple give way to soft caramel, light cocoa, warm oak, and subtle earthy minerality.

• Body: Medium-to-full-bodied with a dense, silky, and coating mouthfeel that clings lightly to the glass.

• Finish: Smooth, elegant, and persistent, closing with trailing notes of toasted wood, dark cocoa, sweet agave, and gentle baking spice.

• ABV: Bottled at 40% (80 Proof).
