Whisky Description

The Colour is pale to yellow gold. The aroma is complex, featuring vibrant cereal notes, honey, and vanilla, alongside tropical fruits like gooseberries and mango, and a distinct maritime influence. The palate is full bodied and oily with a creamy texture. The flavour carries notes of malted barley, orange pulp, and hard toffee, balanced by a hint of light peat smoke, nutmeg, and cinnamon. The finish is medium to long, with notes of sea salt, brine, honey, and gooseberries, tapering off with a clean, dry, and slightly smoky character.
