Nueveuno Deep Reposado Tequila

Nueveuno is an artisanal tequila brand rooted in the heart of Jalisco, Mexico. Crafted by Nohemi Partida, one of the few female master distillers in the industry, the brand stands out not only for its commitment to sustainability and organic practices, but also for its dedication to producing tequila that is authentic and expressive.

This Deep Reposado expression is aged in a double barrel system, delivering a rich, layered profile that straddles the line between reposado and añejo. In the glass, it shows a golden amber hue. The nose opens with aromas of cooked agave, vanilla, and caramel, followed by subtle notes of oak, hazelnut, and dried fruit. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied, offering a rich blend of spice, warm wood tones, and roasted agave sweetness, with a lingering, elegant finish. 

Food Pairing
Ideal alongside grilled lamb chops with rosemary, mole poblano, or aged manchego cheese. The tequila's layered spice and mellow oak tones complement robust, savoury flavours.
