The Val delle Corti winery is a small, family-run farm in Radda in Chianti, a high-altitude subregion renowned for producing elegant and pure expressions of Sangiovese. Founded in 1974 by Giorgio Bianchi, the winery is now owned and operated by his son, Roberto Bianchi, and his wife, Lis, who took over in 2000. They are committed to organic farming and traditional winemaking, believing in bringing out the full potential of Sangiovese to produce true, terroir-driven wines.

'On Y Danse' is a Vino Rosso created from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese. This wine was born from Roberto Bianchi’s desire to approach a typical 'Bordeaux blend' on Radda in Chianti's land. Val delle Corti's wines are often noted for their clarity, gentle yet vibrant structure, and beautiful balance.
