Pablo Claro Cabernet Sauvignon Graciano 2019

Product description

The Dominio de Punctum estate is owned by the Fernanadez family and is located in La Mancha, one of Spain's most important wine areas. Dominio distinguishes itself from other wineries in the region by focusing solely on the creation of world-class organic and biodynamic wines. The vineyards cover 200 hectares and produce both young and matured white and red wines using ancient Spanish techniques combined with current sustainable agriculture and winemaking.

Pablo Claro is a unique Cabernet Sauvignon and Graciano blend. Graciano is primarily grown in Rioja, but it can also be found in other parts of the world. Graciano is a highly interesting varietal with a really interesting composition. It's not a high-producing varietal or one that can be found on its own. It's typically used to elevate other varietals in blends because of its robust acidity and brooding flavours. Cabernet Sauvignon in this case.

A very deep, dark cherry color. Brings to the nose aromas of spice, vanilla and ripe fruits. Very well structured, with sweet tannins, full body, harmonious and long finish. Roast beef or filet mignon can be great partners for this wine.  Enjoy today at 18 C or keep for a few years to let the flavours blend.
