Paolo Conterno Langhe Nebbiolo A Mont 2023

The winery, Casa della Ginestra, was founded by Paolo Conterno in 1886 and was dedicated to producing Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Dolcetto. Conterno was one of the first growers in the Langhe area to sell barrels of wine directly to consumers, which helped the independent estate prosper over five generations. Today, Giorgio Conterno manages the winery, which follows a philosophy rooted in tradition, including extended macerations and long ageing in large French oak barrels, respecting the essence of their long-established family tradition.

The Paolo Conterno 'A Mont' Langhe Nebbiolo has a bright garnet red colour. The aroma presents a flowery nose, showcasing roses and fruity sensations. On the palate, the wine is described as mouth-filling and elegantly structured, with complex, slightly spicy flavours that linger.
