Product description
From Italy’s Veneto region, Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine is a family-owned winery founded in 1925 in Verona. Now led by the third generation, the Pasqua family is known for its innovative winemaking philosophy, combining deep respect for tradition with bold experimentation. ‘Hey French’ embodies this spirit, showcasing the best of multiple vintages blended into a single expressive white wine.
Wine Description
This multi-vintage white is a blend of Garganega, Pinot Bianco, and Sauvignon Blanc sourced from volcanic soils on the Veronese slopes of Monte Calvarina, within the Soave area. Pale golden in colour, it offers complex aromas of chamomile, citrus zest, almonds, tropical fruit, and subtle beeswax. The palate is layered and elegant, showing ripe stone fruit, citrus oil, roasted nuts, and a distinctive mineral edge. Medium- to full-bodied, the wine balances richness with vibrant acidity, leading to a long, textured finish.
Food Pairing
This wine pairs beautifully with creamy risottos, roasted poultry, or delicate seafood dishes such as scallops and prawns. It also complements soft cheeses and herb-driven Mediterranean fare.
