Wine Description

The wine displays a brilliant pale gold colour in the glass. An inviting, aromatic bouquet opens with notes of mandarin orange, lime zest, and white peach, underpinned by subtle hints of wet stone minerality, vanilla, and warm brioche. On the palate, it is medium bodied and silky, delivering a textured mouthfeel rich in citrus flavors, yellow apple, and toasted oak spice. Balanced by a streak of bright natural acidity and periodic barrel stirring that adds weight to the mid-palate, it concludes with a long, fresh finish.
