Description

The nose presents a cinnamon spice undercurrent and faint notes of zesty lime. On the palate, the French oak contributes mellow cherry stone fruit and vanilla. Caramel notes from the pinot noir grapes come through and blend with the floral pepper flavours. The spirit is noted for having a richer sweetness, with an almost chewy body. The finish is an enjoyable piquant pepperiness that becomes dry, combining with deeper flavours of angelica and liquorice.
