Per Se is the first 100% Portuguese aperitivo, crafted in Portugal by the producer Casa Redondo. Inspired by the vibrant sunset culture of Lisbon, the brand captures the essence of southern European conviviality and pre-dinner social rituals. This modern spirit is distilled and infused with a secret blend of 24 botanicals, designed to reflect the authentic, warm flavours of the region.

Per Se Aperitivo features a bright, warm orange colour reminiscent of iconic southern European sunsets. The aroma is complex yet balanced, led by intense notes of orange zest and cardamom, complemented by hints of Jamaican pepper and Portuguese hops. On the palate, the drink is light, sweet, and uncomplicated, offering a harmonious blend of citrus oils and delicate spicy undertones. It possesses a velvety mouthfeel and a 14.5% ABV, finishing with a smooth, lingering citric freshness and a measured, refreshing bitterness.
