Beer Description

This English-style Pale Ale pours a deep amber to bronze color with excellent clarity and a frothy, straw-colored head.

Aroma: It features a delicate and balanced nose with soft notes of toasted caramel and biscuit, accented by subtle Northwest hop signatures of citrus and a faint hint of pine.

Palate: On the tongue, it is robust and malt-forward. It offers a rich backbone of toasted grain and caramel sweetness, which is quickly reined in by a crisp hop bitterness. It has a light-to-medium body and a smooth mouthfeel.

Profile: It has an ABV of 5.0% and a moderate bitterness of approximately 23–30 IBU, resulting in a refreshingly crisp finish that doesn't linger too heavily.
