This beverage originates from Canada. It was launched in 2021 by Phillips Brewing and Malting Co., an award winning independent craft brewery located in Victoria, British Columbia. The brewery was founded by Matt Phillips, who famously started the business using maxed out credit cards and has recently transitioned the company toward an employee ownership model.
Spirit Description
The beer displays a light gold colour in the glass. The aroma is characterized by a mix of floral hops, toasted cereal grains, and rounded honey notes. On the palate, it offers a smooth and balanced profile with subtle malt sweetness and a straightforward mouthfeel. The finish is crisp and refreshing, leaving a clean and lightly hoppy aftertaste. It strikes a purposeful harmony between high drinkability and authentic craft flavour. The alcohol by volume is 0.5%.
