Product description

Italy’s Sicily region, specifically the Etna DOC in the Milo subzone on the volcano’s eastern slopes, is home to Pietradolce. Founded in 2005, the winery is dedicated to producing expressive wines from indigenous varietals rooted in volcanic soil. Pietradolce works with ancient, pre-phylloxera vines and embraces minimal intervention to showcase the purity and minerality of Mount Etna’s unique terroir.

Wine Description
Crafted from 100% Carricante grapes grown on 150-year-old vines at 850 metres elevation, the Archineri Etna Bianco presents a luminous straw yellow hue. On the nose, it offers captivating aromas of white peach, orange blossom, Meyer lemon, flint, and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is crystalline and focused, with vibrant acidity and pronounced salinity.

Food Pairing
Ideal alongside grilled branzino, oysters, or Sicilian seafood pasta. Its fresh acidity and savoury minerality also complement dishes featuring fennel, citrus, or herbs.
