Wine Description

This organic rosé displays a delicate pearl pink color, reminiscent of a summer sunset. The nose is highly expressive, greeting the senses with fresh aromas of Sicilian wild strawberries, currants, and hibiscus, underscored by subtle tropical hints of melon and pineapple. On the palate, the wine is light to medium bodied, lively, and incredibly supple, beautifully balancing a smooth, soft texture with a crisp, refreshing acidity. Flavors recalling meringue and the pale flesh of peaches lead into a clean, dry finish marked by a subtle, delicate mineral edge.
