Wine Description

This vermouth showcases a burnished gold hue in the glass. The nose delivers a highly expressive, aromatic bouquet weaving together white flowers, lavender, and dried herbs, predominantly highlighted by the aroma of grapefruit. On the palate, it is sweet, soft, and remarkably rich, displaying a beautifully balanced harmony between natural sweetness and vibrant acidity. The medium to full body opens with layers of grapefruit peel, coriander, and mellow golden raisin brushed with honey, leading to a long, clean finish with a mild dried herb note and a sophisticated, slightly bitter aftertaste. The unique structural foundation relies entirely on Vespaiolo, a native white wine from the Breganze DOC that is famous for its natural floral scents that attract wasps. This wine base is naturally infused with 39 aromatic botanicals, including hawthorn, elderflower, galangal, myrtle, and both sweet and bitter orange.
