Product description
Prophecy Wines is dedicated to capturing the essence of each varietal's best expression from around the world. For this Pinot Grigio, they source from select vineyards that highlight the grape's optimal characteristics. The label is inspired by The Star from the tarot, symbolizing inspiration and combining intuition (a foot in the water) with practical abilities (a foot on the ground)—traits their winemakers utilize. The flowing water also reflects the crisp and refreshing winestyle that is a hallmark of Italian Pinot Grigio.
Wine Description
In the glass, it presents a straw yellow colour. The nose offers a delightful tapestry of delicate floral aromas alongside notes of crisp green apple, pear, and citrus. On the palate, it is a light-bodied wine with crisp acidity and flavors of light citrus, tropical fruit, and mineral notes. The style is refreshing and clean, leading to a crisp finish that leaves a lingering sense of refreshment.
