Wine Description
Made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, this wine is hand-harvested in the cool early mornings to preserve its delicate aromatics. The fruit undergoes whole-bunch pressing, overnight settling, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by several months on the lees to enhance mouthfeel and complexity. In the glass, it shows a pale straw colour with a faint green hue. Aromas of ripe nectarine, peach, and stone fruit mingle with subtle floral and citrus notes. The palate is bright and juicy, revealing flavours of nectarine, crunchy apple, lemon zest, and a light mineral edge.
