Punctum Rosado hails from the Castilla region of Spain. This wine is produced by Dominio de Punctum, a family venture founded in 2005 by siblings Jesus, Ruth, and Cristina Fernandez at their Finca Fabian estate. The winery is dedicated to organic and biodynamic viticulture, focusing on sustainable practices that respect the natural ecosystem of their high altitude vineyards.
Wine Description
This modern and stylish rose presents a pale pink salmon colour in the glass. The nose is powerful and expressive, offering pleasant aromas of wild strawberries, fresh cut watermelon, rose petals, and a hint of peach. On the palate, the wine is fresh and dry with a balanced acidity and a light to medium body. Notes of red berries and citrus lead into a clean finish characterized by a distinctive, salty minerality.
