Wine Description

The Quinta de S. Francisco red is a blend of traditional Portuguese varieties: Castelão, Aragonez (Tinta Roriz), and Touriga Nacional. It presents a deep ruby colour and an aromatic profile of ripe red fruits and blackberries, accented by notes of chocolate, vanilla, and spices (such as pepper and cinnamon) derived from aging in French and American oak. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, smooth, and well-structured, with a spicy character and a long, persistent finish.
